Job Summary
Interpret, organize, and execute civil design assignments while managing project tasks, deadlines, and scope. Guide others on deliverables, enforce CAD standards, and perform final QA/QC checks. Mentor lower-level CAD operators by coaching staff, solving unique problems, and instructing on advanced Civil 3D techniques like mass grading and corridor alignments. Work independently with minimal supervision to receive general project reviews. GAI Consultants Inc serves energy, institutional, industrial, and manufacturing clients across transportation and infrastructure markets.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ Years of Experience
- Associate Degree from an accredited Technical School or equivalent experience
- Driver's License
- Advanced level of skills
- Experience in mass grading and linear projects
- Proficient in Civil 3D
- Knowledge of project design development, advanced grading tools, corridor, and alignments
- Ability to independently perform analyses
- Ability to effectively coach and mentor lower-level CAD Staff
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to independently perform analyses
