Job Summary

Lead end-to-end procurement across civil construction projects (earthworks, road, pipeline, renewables); develop procurement strategies aligned to project and business objectives; preparing and issuing RFQs, evaluating submissions, and leading commercial negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers; own the subcontractor and supplier prequalification register and panel management; build procurement plans with project managers, manage lead times, and resolve supply chain issues; administer subcontracts including progress claims, variations, disputes, and close-out; identify and manage procurement risk across the portfolio; maintain procurement records and document control standards; build and improve procurement processes, templates, and reporting; provide procurement guidance and support to project teams across multiple concurrent projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior procurement or contracts role within civil construction or infrastructure
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Ability to lead procurement across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute in detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Relevant qualification in procurement, construction management, law, or business is advantageous
