Job Summary
Civil Site Development Project Manager leading full lifecycle civil site projects in Orlando, steering scope, schedule, and budget; acting as primary client liaison to translate goals into engineering strategies; coordinating across surveying, landscape architecture, and structural engineering; developing proposals and fee structures, identifying new business opportunities in Florida; mentoring junior engineers and technicians; utilizing Vision/Microsoft Project for progress tracking; navigating local/state permitting requirements; leveraging internal training programs and mentorship to deliver high-quality Civil 3D designs and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- 6+ years of progressive experience in civil site design and project management for public and private sectors
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and project tracking software (Microsoft Project/Deltek Vision)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to lead client meetings and deliver technical presentations
