Job Summary
Senior-level Civil/Water Resources Engineer and project manager leading planning, design and construction of wetland and riparian restoration projects across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic with primary responsibilities in PA and NY and preferred locations in Syracuse, NY or Easton, MD. Responsibilities include preparing scopes of work and budgets, applying engineering and construction management principles to design and permitting documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing contracts and guiding field inspections, managing multiple projects, and mentoring staff. Must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET/EAC), a registered professional engineer, 10+ years of civil/water resources design experience, and 3+ years of project management; desired experience with Civil3D, ArcGIS, hydrology, hydraulics, and nature-based solutions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree from an ABET/EAC accredited program
- Registered professional engineer with ability to obtain registrations in assigned states
- minimum of 10 years of experience in civil, water resources or related engineering design
- 3 years of project management experience

- Professional Engineer license (PE)
