Job Summary
Oversee all civil and mechanical construction activities including site grading, roads, drainage, foundations, and tracker installation. Monitor earthwork, grading, and drainage construction while verifying installation of culverts, stormwater systems, and erosion control. Inspect equipment foundations and concrete placement, review pile driving logs, and witness geotechnical and compaction testing. Track civil quality documentation and non-conformance reports. Requires 7+ years of solar civil construction or heavy civil project experience with familiarity to tracker foundations and geotechnical reports.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in solar civil construction or heavy civil projects
- Experience with tracker foundations and solar site development
- Familiarity with geotechnical reports and civil testing procedures
