Market for current and prospective clients to grow the practice in the specific area of expertise while coordinating with management and production staff on project specifications. Monitor the team to meet financial goals and ensure an adequate pipeline of work, then recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members to oversee their competence. Develop organizational structures, implement policies and standards for engineering work, and prepare budgets, bids, and contracts for Director approval. Coordinate with team leaders to build backlog projections for utilization and hiring decisions, ensuring every project has a signed contract for billing. Fully shoulder client feedback, relay praise, or provide corrective measures to maintain satisfaction.
