Job Summary
Draft, review, and manage essential case documents and proceedings for multiple files through the litigation process, working independently and as part of an experienced team. Ensure exceptional client service during mediations, discoveries, and court proceedings while handling complex litigation matters. Handle many files through the litigation process both independently and as a member of an experienced team.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years of Ontario and Canadian litigation experience
- demonstrated knowledge and interest in Litigation particularly complex litigation matters
- minimum of 5 years' post-call experience
