Job Summary
Manage and carry a large volume of files from opening to closing. Draft mediation and pre-trial memos, affidavits of documents, undertakings, and motion records. Work directly under the supervision and direction of a Partner. Prepare LAT Applications and Case Conference Summaries. Requires 5-8 years of experience in insurance defence litigation or AB/Tort. Join a close-knit team in Downtown Toronto focused on diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Insurance defence litigation or AB/Tort experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- knowledgeable in Preparing LAT Applications and Case Conference Summaries
Desired Qualifications
- A law Clerk diploma from a recognized institution
