Manage written discovery, including propounding and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas, while taking and defending depositions of parties and witnesses. Actively participate in mediations and settlement negotiations to achieve favorable client outcomes, and provide critical support during pre-trial preparation and assist in all phases of trial proceedings. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships. Requires a Juris Doctor Degree and active membership in good standing of the California State Bar, with two years of dedicated civil litigation experience focusing on defense work.
