Job Summary
Manage cases in both State and Federal courts across the country, leading complex ESI discovery processes to ensure defensible and efficient data management. Conduct deep-dive internet legal research to support novel legal theories while leveraging AI-based legal tools to streamline document review, research, and drafting. Opportunities include forward-facing client interactions and experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials within a collaborative environment.
