Job Summary
Represent clients throughout all phases of civil litigation, managing case strategy from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments. Take and defend depositions while participating in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts, and negotiate settlements while advocating for clients' best interests. Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines. Requires a Juris Doctor, active Wisconsin Bar admission, and 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Earn additional compensation through a structured objective bonus program, discretionary bonuses, and client origination incentives.
