Job Summary
Conduct design and preparation of project documents for residential, commercial, and municipal land development, including grading plans, street profiles, storm water calculations, and pipeline permitting. Analyze proposed projects to assess plan reliability and delivery timelines while reviewing soil composition, hydrological data, and topographical maps. Collaborate with project managers on architectural drawings, construction specifications, and site inspections to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements. Contribute to cross-functional team performance by addressing engineering problems and enforcing operational policies.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
- 0-2 years of experience in design for land development projects related to Land Development, Commercial, Residential or Municipal
