Civil Labourer

Job Summary
Perform installations and commissioning of small to large scale pumping systems, including mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment for groundwater, wastewater, and construction projects. Conduct general workshop duties to prepare materials, interpret drawings to pick systems, and perform function testing while managing OH&S hazards. Assist with maintenance, repairs, and manual labour such as lifting PVC bundles, collaborating with trades to achieve business objectives, and ensuring timely completion of safety paperwork. This hands-on role within National Pump & Energy's Perth Civil team supports the delivery of pump and water treatment solutions, offering flexible working arrangements and access to wellbeing discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Current Driver's Licence
- General Construction Induction ticket (or willing to obtain)
- Confined Space Entry (or willing to obtain)
- Patient, flexible and adaptable to changing and challenging circumstances with great problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a construction industry, Well Point Dewatering, Sump Dewatering, pipelaying or Sewer Bypass operations
- Experience in Rental, Construction, Mining or Heavy industries
- Relevant tickets would be advantageous, including HR Licence, Poly Welding, Working at Heights and/or Dogging/Rigging
- High Risk Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain)
