Civil Inspector

Interface with clients and contractor staff to verify project requirements and perform initial reviews on material and method submissions. Conduct civil and structural tests including soil compaction, concrete slump, and concrete coring while providing general inspection on labor and subcontracted tasks. Receive material inspection requests, inspect delivered civil materials for quantity and technical compliance, and sign off on requests. Prepare inspection reports, site records, and necessary documentation prior to and following work inspections. Monitor project quality control procedures, ensure site progress information is communicated regularly, and coordinate works to ensure successful project hand-over.
