Job Summary
Lead the design process for civil infrastructure projects focusing on Rail, managing multidisciplinary teams from concept through final delivery. Oversee design stages to ensure adherence to timelines and specifications while implementing high-quality standards and mitigating design risks. Coordinate with various offices for multicentre projects, manage design budgets for cost-effective resource allocation, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders and adapt to AECOM project delivery procedures. Requires 10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure and Rail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- +10 years of experience
- Extensive experience as a PM/DM in civil infrastructure projects, focusing on Rails
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Adapt to the AECOM Project Delivery Procedures and standards
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- USA and Canada experience
- PMP certification
