Job Summary
Prepare various exhibits and design drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D, including grading plans, plan and profiles, and construction details for storm drain, water, sewer, signage, and striping facilities. Coordinate with agency staff and internal support teams on designs, analysis, and issues while preparing entitlement documents for Tentative Maps, Vacations, and Zone Changes. Calculate quantities using Microsoft Excel and draft justification letters in Word. Obtain an Engineer-in-Training Certificate within 6-12 months while learning the firm's standard practices and local agency codes.
