Job Summary
Direct a group of Foremen to assign duties, coordinate activities, and ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations. Read and sign off on Job Safety Analyses, interpret sketches and orders, and resolve work-related problems while maintaining a clean jobsite environment. Inspect work for quality, train workers, and maintain equipment and materials. Study schedules to estimate worker-hours and analyze production records. Perform additional assignments per supervisor direction while complying with all safety requirements and policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Preferably two (2) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill
- NCCER Crew Leader certification
- Turner Leadership Training
- Post offer drug / alcohol screen
- Physical evaluation
- Signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
- Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace
- Read and sign off on JSA
