Civil Foreman/Tunnel Foreman

Oversee and manage a team of workers on civil and tunnelling construction projects, coordinating with project managers and engineers to execute work as planned. Ensure all safety protocols are followed through regular checks and drills, while monitoring project expenses to stay within budget. Conduct resource management for manpower, machinery, and materials, and provide training and guidance to junior staff. Report regularly on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management. Address issues arising during construction with effective solutions to ensure projects complete on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
