Civil Foreman (Job Performer)

Job Summary
Perform civil works including excavation, concreting, formwork, and foundations in accordance with approved drawings and ADNOC standards. Act as Job Performer under the ADNOC PTW system, ensuring strict compliance with permit conditions and coordinating with the Permit Holder and HSE team. Monitor work progress, report unsafe conditions or deviations, and enforce HSE requirements such as risk assessments and proper PPE usage. Stop work immediately if unsafe conditions arise and inform supervision. Requires ADNOC-approved Civil Job Performer certification, five years of civil construction experience in Oil & Gas, and proven exposure to ADNOC facilities and PTW systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Any Discipline / Diploma / or equivalent
- ADNOC-approved Civil Job Performer certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 5+ years of civil construction experience in Oil & Gas projects
- Proven experience working inside ADNOC facilities with PTW system exposure
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC PTW system, LSR, and HSE requirements
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and method statements
- Knowledge of excavation safety, formwork, concrete works, and rebar installation
- Good communication skills and ability to supervise work crews
- Safety-conscious and disciplined approach to work
