Job Summary
Oversee the execution of high-end residential and commercial civil projects as Civil Foreman; lead the field team, enforce safety protocols, and ensure precise layout and installation of critical infrastructure (sewer, gas, water, and electrical systems) and complex grading for basements, house pads, and foundations. Provide day-to-day direction to crews and subcontractors, train, manage performance, and maintain project schedules. Maintain high-accuracy daily logs and progress reports, coordinate material deliveries and sub-trade scheduling, communicate with architects and stakeholders, and keep tools and equipment in peak condition while adhering to OSHA standards and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of construction experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable MVR
- Ability to operate larger vehicles (F350–F550)
- Ability to interpret and build from complex construction documents including architectural blueprints and site plans
- Fluency in English
