Job Summary
Lead Corporate Civil discipline execution across concrete, structural steel, architectural finishes, and earthworks. Develop Civil training, SWPP updates, constructability programs, and innovation initiatives. Serve as corporate technical authority supporting projects with field-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 15+ years Civil construction experience
- Experience as Lead Civil Field Engineer or equivalent
- Experience as a Project Field Engineer (PFE) or Area Field Engineer (AFE)
- Experience with large EPC projects and regulatory environments
- Deep civil expertise (concrete, steel, utilities, architectural finishes, earthworks)
- Field engineering leadership and EPC execution experience
- Constructability and problem-solving capability
- Training development and workforce leadership
- Proficiency in Power BI and digital delivery tools
