Job Summary
Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects, including industrial developments, public works, and land initiatives. Identify all project costs covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services while collaborating with project managers and engineers to refine budgets and schedules. Build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing, prepare comprehensive bid proposals and tender documents, and monitor industry trends to ensure accurate estimates. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction estimating

- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
