Job Summary
Estimate structural steel framing and decking projects for arenas, stadiums, airports, automotive, power, mining, and minerals sectors across the Southeast and Northeast US. Prepare detailed cost models for self-performing civil and structural steel projects while working remotely. Attend required review meetings in Grand Rapids, MI, or Birmingham, AL as needed for estimate validation. Maintain strong computer proficiency and work independently to deliver accurate pricing. Salary is commensurate with experience, supported by a strong benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Have prior, documented experience estimating for self-performing civil/structural steel projects
- If working remotely, be able to attend meetings in Grand Rapids MI OR Birmingham AL for review, etc., of estimates, as required
- Have strong computer skills
- Have the ability to work independently
