Job Summary
Civil & Environmental Project Manager within the Public Works Division, overseeing a portfolio of municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects. Lead project teams from concept through construction, develop business and client relationships, prepare regulatory permit applications, proposals, scopes of work, and project schedules, and mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities include operational and project management support to the Regional Director, quality control, client coordination, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets. Requires 5+ years of Civil or Environmental Engineering experience and a BS/MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering (P.E. license preferred).
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 5 – 15 years of experience in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Preferred Civil or Environmental P.E. license
- Experience with environmental permitting is a plus
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
