Job Summary
Civil Engineer for land development projects with 0-3 years of experience. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Must be able to manage and execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines, demonstrate excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, and be a team player committed to a collaborative design process while also able to work autonomously. Strong oral and written communication skills and knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local codes and permitting requirements, plus experience assisting with assembling permitting and construction document packages.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in land development
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- A team player that is committed to a collaborative design process and the ability to work autonomously
