Job Summary
Conduct structure condition assessments, construction surveys, and geotechnical evaluations including test pits and material sampling. Prepare engineering drawings and coordinate project reports across resource, municipal, energy, and mining sectors. Manage project drawings, reports, and contract administration while performing field and office work ranging throughout the year based on project requirements. This role reports directly to the Manager in the Campbell River Office, with opportunities also available in Smithers.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering Technology or Equivalent Experience
- Minimum one year experience in a design or consulting engineering environment
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD Civil3D and/or AutoCAD LT
