Job Summary
Prepare site plans and construction drawings for grading, drainage, and utilities while supporting full plan set development for permitting and construction. Contribute to site layout and land development design efforts across commercial, industrial, hospitality, residential, and infrastructure projects. Assist with drainage and stormwater management design and manage the permitting process through documentation and municipal coordination. Collaborate with engineers and project managers on project execution and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
- Experience with site development and land planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software
- Basic understanding of grading, drainage, and utility design
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
