Job Summary
Lead and manage municipal wastewater infrastructure design projects across New England as a Civil Engineering Project Manager. Responsibilities include directing project teams, developing proposals/scopes of work and budgets, supervising technical staff, providing technical guidance, ensuring design compliance with firm standards, tracking costs and invoicing, preparing contracts, and interfacing with clients and regulators. Requires a Bachelor’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or Master’s with relevant experience), 9+ years (or 8+ with Master’s), PE registration or equivalent, travel to client sites, and a hybrid work arrangement in the New England region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related Engineering discipline with 9+ years of related wastewater design experience including project management, or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience
- Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent registrations in applicable states or ability to obtain
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with regulatory frameworks and interaction with regulators
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
