Civil Engineering Project Manager, Transportation

Job Summary
Lead the design, planning, and execution of airport and site development projects from design through completion; develop and manage project documentation including plans, specifications, cost estimates, and reports; prepare bid documents and feasibility studies; coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies; oversee multiple projects and manage milestones, budgets, and change orders; support business development and client engagement efforts; require a Civil Engineering degree and 7+ years of experience; proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling; strong communication and leadership skills; Florida PE license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in site development, infrastructure, or airport projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, stormwater modeling software, and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of federal and state funding processes and regulatory approvals
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; ability to obtain licensure in other states is a plus
