Job Summary
Project Manager role in civil land-development at TAIT: lead and mentor a design-focused team, oversee projects from conception through execution, interface with clients, develop proposals, negotiate scopes and fees, manage staff and budgets, and ensure quality and profitability. Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a CA P.E. license, 5-7 years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for land development (grading, drainage, utilities). Offers flexible work options (Remote, Hybrid, In-Person) with an emphasis on leadership, client development, and collaboration to deliver impactful infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Current CA P.E. license required
- 5-7 years minimum experience in a responsible position with exposure to technical applications, management of projects and staff interaction
- Strong design skills using AutoCAD and Civil 3D for land development design including the areas of grading, drainage, streets, sewers, storm drains and utilities
- Superior leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
