Job Summary
Design site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, and utilities for commercial, institutional, and energy clients from conceptual design through construction. Manage the full project lifecycle, including regulatory reviews, bidding, and stakeholder interactions with clients, contractors, and local government officials. Apply expertise in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and HydraFlow to solve complex technical problems while researching local codes and ordinances. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years' progressive engineering experience
- Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.)
- Ability to speak and write professionally
- Adept at researching local codes / ordinances and jurisdictional requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Demonstrated experince in computer modeling software such as: AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HydraFlow
- Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design
