Job Summary
Lead and grow Lumos' Civil Engineering practice in the Northern California region (Roseville/Sacramento) by developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and guiding project delivery across municipal infrastructure, water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and site development. Recruit, mentor, and coach engineering staff; oversee fee proposals and scopes of work; engage with local authorities and boards; drive strategic growth and ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining a healthy work/life balance for the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
- Registered Professional Civil Engineer in California
- 10+ years of civil engineering consulting or project management experience
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
