Job Summary
Lead civil engineering delivery for UK water/wastewater programmes across feasibility to detailed design, establishing in-house standards, leading design reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive technical leadership across major programmes (AMP8, WINEP, SROs), manage multidisciplinary delivery, engage clients/stakeholders, grow the UK civil capability through bid inputs and mentoring, and shape service offerings with a focus on sustainability and low-carbon solutions. Hybrid UK-wide role with London/Bristol/Manchester postings; Chartered engineer with a strong UK water background and proven leadership in civil design, BIM-enabled delivery, and client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- BEng/MEng in Civil Engineering
- Registered as a chartered engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional membership (e.g., ICE)
- Strong track record in UK regulated water market
- Leadership across design lifecycle
- Experience with Civil 3D, hydraulic modelling, GIS, BIM
- CDM designer responsibilities
- BD/work-winning contribution
- People leadership experience
- Right to work in the UK
