Civil Engineering Land Development Project Manager

Job Summary
Conduct site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects, including detailed site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design. Manage permitting processes, interpret plans, and develop hydrology studies while maintaining professional relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders. Coordinate multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR/Storm-wise, and Bentley software. Requires a BS in Civil Engineering with three years of land development experience, preferably in Central Florida, and a P.E. designation.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Civil Engineering
- 3 or more years of land development engineering experience
- High level of proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proven ability to effectively and respectfully communicate, both oral and written skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- great time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Central Florida preferred
- Experience with detailed site layout and grading
