Job Summary
Conduct site design and land development work by creating concept plans, grading plans, stormwater management plans, utility system plans, and soil erosion control plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to coordinate projects, research zoning ordinances, and visit sites to observe field conditions. Contribute ideas during team meetings to drive design and process improvements while gaining hands-on experience with the complete site development process from concept to construction.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems Engineering, or a related field
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Current authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred; training provided if not yet proficient)
- Curiosity and motivation to learn within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Interest in civil site design, land development, and problem-solving
