Job Summary
Design concept plans, grading plans, stormwater management plans, utility system plans, and soil erosion control plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Coordinate with engineers and project managers to drive land development projects from concept to construction. Research zoning ordinances, visit sites to observe field conditions, and contribute ideas during team meetings. Collaborate with industry experts to support the complete site development process for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems Engineering, or a related field
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Curiosity and motivation to learn within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Interest in civil site design, land development, and problem-solving
- Current authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred; training provided if not yet proficient)
