Job Summary
Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients. Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects. Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce client visions for the built environment. Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations alongside Kimley-Horn's and client practices. Gain proficiency in disciplines-specific software including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and/or GIS. This on-site Memphis, TN role supports our team's work on projects ranging in size and scope for students pursuing ABET-accredited degrees in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering fields.
Required Qualifications
- In the process of receiving an ABET accredited engineering degree
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree
- Civil and/or Environmental Engineering major
- Mechanical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering major
- Engineering Technology major
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
