Job Summary

Analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients using technical software programs. Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects. Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce client visions for the future built environment. Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and client practices, procedures, and standards. Gain proficiency in discipline-specific software including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and/or GIS. Join the Franklin, Tennessee office to support engineering students in the process of receiving an ABET accredited degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering fields.

Required Qualifications

  • In the process of receiving an ABET accredited engineering degree
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree
  • Civil and/or Environmental Engineering major
  • Mechanical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering major
  • Engineering Technology major
  • Location in Franklin, Tennessee (TN) office
  • Not a remote position
