Requires hands-on collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication; proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office is expected. Compensation is hourly ($25–$32) for an 8–16 month term starting in 2026, with enrollment in a co-op program and return-to-study requirement.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering Co-op program (minimum completion of 2nd year)
  • Must have completed a minimum of two Co-op work terms
  • Genuine interest in marine and/or heavy civil construction
  • Exposure to construction projects (an asset)
  • Familiarity with estimating, planning, or cost control concepts
  • Experience using AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
