Job Summary
Entry-level Civil Engineering Associate supporting federal projects, working alongside licensed engineers on infrastructure that serves national priorities. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing design computations, plan sets, and engineering drawings to federal standards (USACE, NAVFAC, FHWA); developing and coordinating submittals for federal agencies; preparing technical specifications, reports, and correspondence; conducting site visits, inspections, and field investigations; researching and applying federal, state, and local regulations including environmental and permitting requirements; maintaining project documentation; ensuring QA/QC across deliverables; and collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to support project delivery. Requires a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in an ABET-accredited engineering program; EIT preferred; proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office; strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; located in Oklahoma City, OK on-site. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in position relevant Engineering field from ABET accredited school
- Experience: No previous relevant work experience is required. Prior internships in the A/E industry is preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred
