Job Summary
Entry-level Civil Engineering Associate supporting federal projects; you will work with licensed engineers on infrastructure projects that serve national priorities, including design computations, plan sets, and engineering drawings aligned with federal standards (USACE, NAVFAC, FHWA); assist with development and coordination of submittals for federal agencies, prepare technical specifications and reports, and perform site visits and field investigations to support design validation and construction progress; apply federal, state, and local regulations, maintain documentation, and contribute to QA/QC processes; collaborate with project teams, clients, and federal agency representatives; degree from ABET-accredited program required with internship experience preferred and EIT licensure preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering from ABET accredited school
- No previous relevant work experience required
- Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred
