Job Summary
Support the Company Director by assisting with drafting, documentation and project coordination for infrastructure and water-related projects. Draft and edit technical drawing using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software; create diagrams, layouts and site plans for project documentation; assist in compiling and formatting technical reports; ensure clear record-keeping and version control of all project files; perform basic engineering calculations and quantity estimates; review and adhere to relevant municipal standards and client specifications; help track project timelines, milestones and deliverables; support communication with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or final year student)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
