Job Summary
Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC civil engineering deliverables for clients. Contribute to pre-construction design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for projects of varying scopes. Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions for the built environment. Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations alongside Kimley-Horn's and client-specific practices and standards. This entry-level role in Mobile, Alabama, requires an ABET-accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027. Candidates will gain proficiency in disciplines-specific software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microstation. Required Qualifications
- An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027 in one of the following majors: Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering, Engineering Technology
- Must be available for on-site work in Mobile, Alabama (AL)
- Must be available for Summer 2027
