Job Summary
Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients while contributing to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects. Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce client visions for the future built environment. Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations alongside Kimley-Horn's and client practices, procedures, and standards. This entry-level role begins in 2027 within our Miami, Florida office, requiring an ABET accredited engineering degree in Civil, Environmental, or related fields. Analysts will learn specific discipline software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and/or GIS.
Required Qualifications
- An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027 in one of the following majors: Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering, Engineering Technology
- This is not a remote position
