Job Summary
Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients while contributing to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects. Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce clients' visions for the future built environment. Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and client's practices, procedures, and standards. Learn specific software programs including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and/or GIS. Join the Irving Las Colinas office in 2027 as an Engineering graduate with an ABET accredited degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering fields.
Required Qualifications
- An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027 in one of the following majors: Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering, Engineering Technology
