Job Summary
Hands-on Civil Engineer supporting facility and infrastructure work at a large industrial site in Lima, OH. Responsibilities include reviewing Construction Work Orders (CWOs) tied to plant equipment and facilities, tracking scope and progress, monitoring execution to stay on schedule, conducting regular plant walkthroughs to flag issues, providing updates to leadership, identifying problems and recommending practical solutions, and coordinating with government CORs and GDLS to align expectations. Strong communication and ability to review technical documentation, with a focus on coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders to track and report project metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- Active Secret clearance (must-have)
- Experience supporting construction, facilities, or infrastructure projects
- Comfortable reviewing technical documentation and tracking project progress
- Strong communication skills — this role interacts with multiple teams daily
