Job Summary
The Civil Engineer - Team Leader will lead a team in delivering various civil site projects, including campgrounds and large-scale developments. Key responsibilities include managing complex projects from concept to final design, monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality, and maintaining relationships with clients and local municipalities. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline and about 8+ years of experience, with a preference for candidates holding a PE license in TN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or other relevant discipline
- Approximately 8+ years of directly applicable experience
Desired Qualifications
- PE license in TN
- Comfort with AutoCAD and other design software preferably with Civil3D
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to function efficiently within a team environment
Additional Requirements
- Local project and client experience in the Chattanooga, TN area will be essential
