Job Summary
Lead technical and thought leadership efforts for stormwater management, including planning, design, construction administration, and hydraulic modeling for detention ponds, bridge hydraulics, and watershed hydrology. Execute project scope development, budgeting, and schedule management while mentoring staff, conducting performance reviews, and enforcing disciplinary policies. Own quality assurance by identifying root causes of issues and ensuring client expectations are met. Drive discipline growth by identifying new opportunities, developing marketing plans, and collaborating with business development to pursue expanded services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
- 4 - 10+ years of experience
- Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Alabama, or ability to gain licensure within 4 months of hire
