Job Summary
Oversee land development projects from start to finish, including site layout, grading and earthwork calculations, and storm water and erosion control design. Prepare and submit local land development permits while ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Mentor junior staff members and resolve field issues related to construction and constructability. This role focuses on retail, commercial, and residential projects within municipal agencies and multiple disciplines. The position requires a PE license and 8+ years of experience in civil or utility-related engineering. - 8+ years of experience as a civil engineer
