Job Summary
Lead the design and execution of retail, commercial, and residential land development projects while acting as the primary client contact to manage expectations and build strong relationships. Oversee project teams, assign resources, and drive efficiency to ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budgetary requirements. Present at public meetings and represent clients before municipal agencies and stakeholders, collaborating across multiple disciplines within BL Companies and with external partners. Mentor junior engineers and staff to foster a strong learning environment. Requires a PE license, 15+ years of experience in land development engineering, and proven leadership managing full-time staff. Required Qualifications
